By accessing or using Runtasko (accessible at https://runtasko.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Runtasko is engineered and operated by ArikarTech as a high-performance utility platform ("Tools that just work.").

2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights

Runtasko is free for personal, educational, professional, and commercial use. You are permitted to process business invoices, generate legal proposals, calculate financial amortization schedules, convert media assets, and format data for both personal and enterprise workflows.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership of all documents, text, images, spreadsheets, and files processed through Runtasko. ArikarTech claims zero copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights over user-processed inputs or generated outputs.

4. Acceptable Conduct & System Integrity

You agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, you may not:

  • Attempt denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated brute-force execution, or abuse execution endpoints.
  • Upload malware, ransomware, weaponized executables, or scripts designed to compromise server infrastructure.
  • Attempt directory traversal, unauthorized administrative access, or bypass rate limits.
  • Process content that violates applicable statutory criminal laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Runtasko is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute deterministic precision across mathematical, tax, and file operations, ArikarTech does not warrant that utility execution will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ArikarTech or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial decisions made based on calculator outputs. Please review our Disclaimer.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Runtasko following modifications constitutes agreement with updated terms.
